Bring the whole family for a creative adventure at Sønderborg Slot. In the beautiful Dronning Dorothea Chapel, you'll discover three magnificent coats of arms belonging to Duke Hans the Younger and his two wives. These heraldic symbols reveal the identity and status of their bearers, so yours should tell your family's story too.
The workshop begins with a short introduction to the historical coats of arms, followed by inspiration and guidance as you design and paint your own shield. Your finished artwork can be displayed at home, just like the Duke's and Duchess's treasures.
